Battle with crop pests and diseases this year? This workshop is for you!

If you are a farmer, managing pests and diseases comes with the territory. But what if you could more effectively diagnosis these troublesome critters before they spiral out of hand? Join us for a deep dive into integrated pest and pollinator management to learn how to diagnosis common pests and diseases and how to better leverage the whole toolbox of management strategies available to grow your crops. This workshop will use resources and hands-on activities, such as an insect identification lab, examples of scouting traps and techniques, and more to help equip you with processes and knowledge to level the playing field to tackle next year’s disease and pest pressures.

This workshop is for new and beginning farmers as well as seasoned farmers growing produce. If you are interested in learning more or participating in this program, please register using the link below. Registration cost is $20 and will cover lunch, resource printing, and a hand lens.
