The Garden as a Living Laboratory

The Pollinator Haven Garden is an Extension Demonstration Garden located at the McSwain Center in Lee County, NC. With its Extension mission in mind, the Garden serves as a living classroom and laboratory for local, state and regional communities to learn about pollinators, gardening, and best management practices to benefit pollinator and beneficial insects in the Southeast.

The Garden is host to several different community science projects and the Extension Master Gardener Volunteers of Lee County support other community science projects beyond the Garden's boundaries.
