(Updated: June 26, 2025, 1:16 p.m.)
Graphic: Insect Identification Webinar is Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. on Zoom. Registration is required to get the Zoom link.
Do you want to help count pollinators during the Great Southeast Pollinator Census, but you don't know if you are looking at a bee, wasp or fly? This is the webinar for you!

This free statewide webinar is part education session and part pep rally, and it is a great time to get to know the different insect groups we will be observing during the Great Southeast Pollinator Census: Carpenter bees, bumble bees, honey bees, small bees, wasps, flies, butterflies and moths, and other insects! We will have NC State experts on insects (called entomologists!) joining us to learn about the important characteristics to look out for.

Time: 1-3 p.m.

Location: Zoom (link to be sent out Wednesday, July 9); webinar will be recorded and sent out afterward!
