Workshop Description

Enterprise budgets can be valuable tools to help farmers select which crops to grow, how much, and how to determine pricing and allocate resources to meet production goals. Join us for a number-crunching workshop, where Derek Washburn, farm management extension associate with NC State University and manager of the NC Farm School program, will walk us through how to create and use enterprise budgets using open-sourced budget tools available online to help you make the most profitable management decisions for your farm.
