It's almost time for many farmers' markets to start back for the year, and while getting products ready for market is on everyone's minds, your marketing of those products is just as essential!In this class, "Marketing For Market," we will be covering how to effectively use marketing techniques while at market to increase your business' appeal to customers and increase your market sales through building customer relationships. Kevin Hardison, Agricultural Fair Coordinator from the Marketing division at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, will be teaching this short course including how to create attractive booth displays, strategies for creating and retaining customer relationships, and more!
This class is FREE and will be offered in a hybrid format, meaning you can attend either in-person at our location (McSwain Center, Lee County extension office) or online over Zoom. When registering, please select the ticket for the format that best fits your needs.
The class starts at 5:30pm and will include 30 minutes of educational content and time afterwards for Q&A.
